About Our Approach

Radical therapy acknowledges that personal healing is interconnected with social, economic, and political contexts. We approach mental health with an understanding of systemic issues and a commitment to both individual and collective well-being and transcendence of oppressive social constructs.
-
We recognize the impact of systemic oppression on mental health and discuss these issues openly in therapy. We also support clients in exploring their identities, values, and how they can contribute to positive social change.
